Who is Compass Health Network?

Compass Health Network has a long history of serving communities throughout Missouri. The organization’s roots date back to 1974 with the founding of Pathways Community Health. In 2023, Compass merged with Comtrea, a Festus-based nonprofit organization, adding nine locations in Jefferson County.
