The Behavioral Health Crisis Centers at Compass Health provide support for individuals in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Our facility evaluates all individuals presenting with a behavioral health or substance use-related crisis and works to connect individuals to appropriate interventions, services, and resources at no cost. All referrals are welcome and can be made by and are not limited to Walk-Ins, Law Enforcement, EMS, and Hospitals.

• For adults 18 and older
• Voluntarily seeking support
• Immediate evaluation and intervention for adults experiencing a behavioral health or substance use-related crisis.
• Risk management and safety plan for adults at risk of harming themselves or others
• Access to a psychiatric provider and psychiatric medications
• Access to resources to meet basic needs (shower and laundry)
• Connection to additional and ongoing resources and services as needed— adults who present to the BHCC will receive follow-up case management support to ensure ongoing connection with services to continue with ongoing stabilization and recovery.

Wellbeing Center
Wellbeing Centers are organized communities that support people whose symptoms of mental illness have impacted. Members of our Wellbeing Centers receive side-by-side support in a group setting to develop daily living skills and healthy coping strategies, leading to greater independence, wellness, and life satisfaction.  Members are given opportunities to rejoin the worlds of friendships, family, important work, employment, education, as well as health and wellness activities. Wellbeing Centers are restorative environments filled with hope, empowerment, and opportunity for people who believe that recovery from mental illness is possible for all.
