Strategic Plan 2024-2025

GOAL: Establish partnerships with other healthcare providers, schools, first responders, social agencies, food pantries, and others, so together we can better serve our communities.

GOAL: Provide whole-person care by ensuring that all Compass behavioral health patients have a primary care physician of record and have a primary care visit within this calendar year.

GOAL: Optimize staff engagement to ensure Compass is a great place to work.

GOAL: Provide a wide range of clinical training opportunities and leadership development for healthcare professionals and leaders.
GOAL: Provide interventions that identify, prevent, and diminish the impact of illnesses that can affect individual and community health.

GOAL: Use our resources to engage the communities we serve to maximize wellbeing and reduce the stigma of mental illness.

GOAL: Ensure new patients can access Compass providers quickly and easily and without an appointment.

GOAL: Learn from our patients and peers how we can improve all aspects of the patient experience at Compass.
GOAL: Increase the number of individuals we serve to 150,000 in 2025.

GOAL: Deliver quality healthcare services that exceed targets established for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in the Exceptional category.

GOAL: Establish Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) excellence through achievement of goals related to medication adherence, initiation and engagement in services, and other outcomes meaningful to our clients and communities.

GOAL: Identify or provide in-person spaces and programs for individuals that minimize loneliness and maximize success in their communities through use of recovery and wellbeing services and housing programs.
GOAL: Practice Excellence in Health Technology by pursuing phone and computer system solutions that enhance our ability to serve more patients and serve them better.

GOAL: Increase enrollment in the Healthcare Home program, so individuals receiving care for behavioral health needs are also able to actively address their physical health needs.

GOAL: Through Coordination of Care, ensure that all clients are enrolled in and have current insurance coverage, whether Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance.

GOAL: Improve the process for scheduling appointments, so patients can easily and quickly access providers for the care they need.
