Adolescent Substance Use Disorder / Alcohol & Drug Treatment – NAVIG8

The Compass Health Network NAVIG8 program offers a comprehensive array of individualized on site, in-home, and school-based services using various evidence-based approaches for supporting substance use and co-occurring mental health needs.

NAVIG8 supports adolescents and families whose lives have been impacted by the use of alcohol and/or other substances. The program serves adolescents aged 9 through 17 and is structured to meet the specific needs of both the adolescent and their family.

We employ an integrated treatment team approach that is comprised of professionals from various backgrounds, including degrees, licensures, and certifications. The treatment team incorporates all significant community and family members needed to support the adolescent’s success. Wellness plans, or goals and strategies for treatment, are collaboratively developed between the adolescent client, their family, and their assigned treatment team members. Service assignment and frequency vary depending on individual client needs and is re-evaluated regularly.

Level of care is determined according to ASAM criteria. ASAM criteria offers an evidence-based and organized way for connecting people with services based on their individual needs and circumstances.
