Community Coalition Support and Technical Assistance
Compass Health Network provides support to community substance use prevention coalitions across our service areas. We help coalitions plan, implement, and sustain effective prevention strategies by offering guidance on best practices, including community assessment, capacity building, data-driven decision-making, planning, strategy implementation, and evaluation.
Our goal is to empower local leaders and partners to create lasting changes that reflect the unique needs of their communities.
