Compass Health Network provides evidence-based prevention programs for adults and youth that are proven to reduce substance use and strengthen protective factors such as resiliency skills, goal setting, positive decision-making, and the effects of harmful and addictive substances.

Programs are delivered in schools, community settings, and other local environments, ensuring prevention education is accessible, engaging, and impactful.

UPDATE FOR MONDAY – JANUARY 6, 2025

To prioritize safety due to incoming weather, all Compass Health Network clinics will be closed on Monday, January 6th. Behavioral Health Crisis Centers and residential locations will remain open as usual, virtual therapy appointments will continue as scheduled.  If you have an appointment scheduled for January 6th, a Compass employee will be calling you to discuss your appointment.
